The 2017 Cinema Mondays series presents the US American film “Moonlight”. It will be screened on 10 July at 15:00, 19:00 and 21:30 in the UdeC Theater. $1,200 (general audience) and $600 (students).

Chiron is a young African American with a tough chilhood and adolescence, growing in a conflictive zone of Miami. As years pass, the young man finds himself trying to survive in diverse situations. All this time, he’ll have to deal with his mother’s drug addiction and the violent environment of his school and neighborhood.

Winner of three Oscars: Best Motion Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor.

Box office is open on Mondays from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 15:15 to 21:30; Tuesdays to Fridays from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 15:15 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 15:15 to 17:00. In case of a concert, theater play or other activity, the box office will remain open until the event starts.
